How do I use the Autopilot?
Autopilot is used to move from system to system. To be able to engage the auto pilot you must first have set a "way point" for Autopilot to engage to. Think of this as ..."your autopilot cannot take you to your new location unless the autopilot knows where it needs to take you".

To set a "way point" (not to be confused with bookmarks) you right click any location, in most all interfaces in EvE, and choose "set way point". This does NOT add a bookmark in your people and places window. Many players add both at the same time...waypoint and bookmark for a location.

Once you have set a waypoint and are in space, you should see all the jumps in route displayed on the left hand side of the screen right along side the neocom menu and listed under the current system information.

All you will need to do now is engage the Autopilot and enjoy the ride. To do so while in space, click on the little yellow circle on the bottom left of the middle/bottom round hud display. You should hear an audio confirmation from your onboard female voiced computer that states that autopilot has been engaged. Once you arrive at the system you choose to go to your autopilot will automatically disengage. Enjoy the view!

To remove a way point you can do so by opening the star map and choosing the way points tab. Open this tab and you will see your way point listed. Right mouse click the actual way point itself and choose the option to "remove way point"

When venturing through unsecured space be careful when using autopilot as pirates will camp gates. The most safe way to jump around is manually because you will get a 1 minute invisibility upon manual jump until you move your ship. If autopilot is engaged you will automatically become visible to pirates if autopilot engages. Thus auto piloting through unsecured space can be dangerous.

How do I anchor and use a secure container?
To anchor or deploy a secure container you must have purchased and trained the "anchoring skill" to at least Level 1. This skill is found under the corp management skills on the CCP market. Once you have the skill and purchased a container, you must then go "anchor" it in space by flying your ship, with the secure container in your hold, into space and while in space you will right click the container in your cargo hold and choose "deploy container". At this time your container will appear in space and still need to be anchored. Right click the container and choose "anchor", it will take approximately 1 minute for it to anchor. Once anchored you can then set a password on the container and name it with the options on the right click menu on the container itself. The password for a container will last for each session you visit the container so you don't have to keep re-entering the password. To verify your password works you just need to warp away or log off and next time you visit the container while its anchored it will ask you for it again. Un anchoring a container will also reset the password. Thus if you move the container remember to reset the password each and every time you un anchor it. Higher levels of anchoring allow anchoring of other deployables such as "mines".
